We stayed at a comfortable and clean guesthouse on a quiet street close to the monkey forest, walking distance from the town centre. the room and bathroom were basic but tidy, with a ceiling fan that kept us cool in the tropical heat. the friendly staff served us a simple breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the peaceful view from our balcony overlooking the garden.

The internet connection was spotty and unreliable.
